В ванной перестали работать лампа и розетки. Пришли техники, что-то сделали, заработало на полчаса, пыхнуло и погасло.

Написала письмо в управляющую компанию: ребята, оно снова не работает, пожалуйста, пришлите техников еще раз. Парни пришли еще раз, раскрутили розетку. Что-то крутили и сверлили, от кофе отказались. В конце показали мне шуруп: „Мисс, этот шуруп лежал в розетке, видимо, его там забыли.“

О том, что в квартире были техники и все починили, напоминают несколько вещей: свет работает, раковина прочищена, на металлической пробке в прочищенной раковине вмятина, около выключателя, из которого достали шуруп, сбита краска. 

The light in the bathroom hasn’t been working properly for some days. The building technicians came to fix it, and I finally had light. Until something made a „puff!“ and the light in the bathroom went down again.

So they came again and fixed it, and the cleaned the sink in the bathroom too, and it was great. They’ve been screwing on the light switch for some minutes and then came out of the bathroom with a screw in the hand that - tadaaa - was left there on the construction.

Everything is ok now, but there are several things which make me remember, that the technicians were here: the sink drain is cleaned, and the drain plug has a nice dent on it, and a little bump in the wall paint, and the bathroom light is fixed.
